Hello everyone! I am really enjoying writing you from beautiful Ruskin Florida. The birds are all singing outside and the fish are splashing in the water. Fabulous!
Our meeting on Monday night was as usual, insightful and supportive. We had a small intimate group with some new members. It was perfect. We had an opportunity to share with each other our dreams and visions. I asked each participant to share what they would do in their lives if they didn't have ANY obstacles. It was beautiful to here how each woman in the room had some great desire to do something that improved their own community or the greater community. Isn't it amazing how great woman are! So much love to share with the world and so much to give of themselves. Well, of course, we did talk about obstacles. It was clear that each woman had / has a way to work with obstacles in her life. So, when I asked...why are you not doing what you dream to do place obstacles along our path. For many reasons. From our perspective of reality creation we know that the obstacles weren't put there by others not even God. We litter our own path with obstacles. Fear, desire to stay small, body / self image were but a few of the ones we mentioned. What happens though is that it seems that the obstacles are the lessons. This thing that keeps getting in front of us gets all the energy whether we want it to or not. We make this obstacle our great teacher. When all the while the dream, the vision, this thing that could improve the world we live in stays just outside of reach. When we focus on the obstacle it gets bigger...right? So, stepping back and gaining perspective and letting your vision receive more attention starts to shift things...immediately and the obstacles don't seem so big. We also discussed how so much of what we perceive our obstacles to be are just our story. Just a story that we've told ourselves so many times it feels true. We ended the group on Monday with each of us closing our eyes and holding the feeling of our vision in our hearts and let our selves have the feeling as if it were already true. The energy in the room just GLOWED! It was great to feel everyone's support for our individual vision as well. I would love it if you each would share with us here, what is your vision? What would you like to create? It doesn't have to be big if it's not. Placing it here can help you gather the additional support of each other. I would love to recreate here that feeling we had in the room, a big wave of possibility and imagination! So bring it on ladies. Blessings, Charlotte |

Charlotte, such beautiful words from you about the meetup Monday. It pleases me very much to attend and be in your comfortable company, and the women's consciousness group. Thanks, again, for opening the group.
I have a vision of living the big life I have to live. I just know it's a big, wonderful, fulfilling life. I've surrounded it with unsatisfying "stories" though. I naively shared that I want to be a singing stage star. That's a fantasy I play out when I sing for myself at home. I entertain myself that way. Another vision is to get out of the pain and old ways of sad stories I've surrounded myself with. I won't continue accepting this life as the one I want. You spoke of a vision board. Good idea. I believe I need to narrow down some goals. Did I tell you I'm awful at goal setting? Not my middle name. I will create a vision board that shows me things to put on my next vision board, and so on, and so on. A progressive work showing me what to hone in on. Yes. I haven't made one in 20 years! Also, I will continue to look at "Ask And It Is Given," by Esther and Jerry Hicks, The Abraham Teachings. I could pay that more attention in order to learn better how to attract/create the life I want. |
